Welcome to the menu section. Our home made pasta and sauces can be bought packaged to take home. Alternatively, why not try some pasta at the market from our to go menu.
The Pasta
Our pasta is made on the day of the market so you can keep it in the fridge for 5 days. We use a coarse ground semolina flour which gives the pasta its distinctive texture. Only organic eggs are used which will give a good yellow colour without having to use dyes.
Four shapes are available: Spaghetti, Fusilli, Rigatoni and Tagliatelle.
