Peaknik is used to describe a person who fears the downfall of civilization due to the peaking of oil reserves.
You can learn something useful from all those hours spent on Facebook Scrabulous. I have a number of friends addicted to the wonderful World Of Warcraft... but have they tried Scrabulous? Give them 5 minutes and World Of Warcraft will be abandoned for days, perhaps weeks, leaving all that tedious levelling up to the lucky few with a generous and equally nerdy girl friend.
I singled out Peaknik because I like how it sounds but most importantly because it relates to the oil apocolypse i.e. the downfall of our civilization, with some experts predicting its beginning within 20 years.
But hey I dont want this blog to be full of negatives. Stepping back into the days of horse and cart and having to grow our own food could be fun, although there is the mass starvation of around 50% of the worlds population to consider during this journey back in time.

Some imagery, originally to be used as headers for the portfolio. However, I changed my mind and went for a slightly different theme. Nevertheless, worthy of this little entry into the blog. There's something about a smiling toothless old geezer with a pink beard that brings a sudden smile to my face.
